Zainteresowania badawcze:

My research interests lie with labour law in general, from European, international and transnational perspectives and in comparative approaches. This includes also the study of forms of new governance and transnational private regulation. More topically my research interests cover issues such as the future of work, the future of labour law, collective labour law, social dialogue, international framework agreements, company framework agreements, corporate social responsibility (CSR) or Environment Social Governance (ESG), human rights due diligence, fundamental labour rights, and also the nature and meaning of work. Much of my research is interdisciplinary, thus in combination with other fields of law (corporate law, human rights law, international law, EU law, philosophy of law, and other fields of schience, such as economics, political science, sociology, business management, history and antropology.

At the moment I am working on the following research projects: 1. The future of labour law. The world of work is changing due to digitalisation, climate change, demographic change, and rising inequality and precariousness. What will all this mean for work and labour law in general and on specific topics. 2. An AI-human friendly workplace. AI is taking over many tasks in our jobs. Often this is considerd as a treath, but it also offers many opportunities. What are those? How can we find a good balance between AI and humans at the workplace and what role can (labour) law play in this? 3. The impact of the "green measures" adopted by employers on the workplace, the worker and worker's rights. To fight climate change and decarbonize the workplace employers are adopting all kinds of measures which affect the workplace, workers and their rights in many ways. What are these effects, which are positive, which are negative, how can they be mitigated? 4. Work, labour law and globalization
