Pracuję jako adiunkt w Instytucie Filozofii Uniwersytetu Warszawskiego. Moje zainteresowania naukowe obejmują filozofię języka, semiotykę teoretyczną, epistemologię, metafizykę modalności oraz logikę filozoficzną. Szczególnie zaintersowany jestem:
1/ semantyką i pragamtyką wyrażeń okazjonalnych i wskazujących oraz fenomenem zależności kontekstowej,
2/ nastawieniami sądzeniowymi w filozofii języka i umysłu,
3/ pojęciem sądu logicznego, pojęciami treści i znaczenia.

I work as an assistant professor at the University of Warsaw (Institute of Philosophy). I am also the President of Polish Semiotic Society and a member of Centre for Philosophical Research. My research interest include philosophy of language, theoretical semiotics, epistemology, topics in metaphysics of modality and philosophical logic. I am especially interested in:

1/ semantics and pragmatics of indexicals and demonstratives, the concept of context-sensitivity,
2/ propositional attitudes in philosophy of mind and language,
3/ the concept of propostion, concepts of meaning and content.

In October 2018 National Science Center decided to fund my project Semantic and epistemological aspects of ostension: from demonstarting procedures to the exploitation of the context of utterance (project number: 2018/29/B/HS1/01868). The project started officially on the 28th of January 2018 and is planned for 36 months. The aim of the project is to investigate various aspects of indexicality and deixis.
Between the period 2013-2016 I also conducted investigations within the project Propositional attitudes - theoretical aspects of folk psychology, intentional explanation and belief ascriptions also funded by National Science Center (project number: 2013/09/B/HS1/00380).
