Sylur Podola (Ukraina) - sedymentologia, rozwój paleogeograficzny obszaru,
Żyły neptuniczne - geneza pustek, mechanizmy wypełnianie osadami, związki z rozwojem tektonicznym obszarów występowania,
Geologiczny zapis katastrof przyrodniczych - w szczególności osadów tsunami,
Tektonika syndepozycyjna i jej wpływ na rozwój facjalny.

Jurassic of the High-Tatric series, Tatra Mountains - sedimentology, palaeogeographical development of the area,
Devonian of the Holy Cross Mountains - sedimentology, palaeogeographical development of the area,
Silurian of the Podolia (Ukraine) - sedimentology, palaeogeographical development of the area,
Neptunian dykes - origin of voids, mechanisms of infilling by sediments, relation to the tectonic evolution of the hosting area,
Geological record of natural disasters - particularly of tsunami deposits,
Synepositional tectonics and its influence on facies development.

The influence of syndepositional tectonics on the facies evelopment of the Jurassic of the tatricum domain (Western Carpathians),
neptunian dykes in the Devonian of the southern part of the Kielce zone (Holy Cross Mountains)
